FREE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NUMBER TO GERMANY, AUSTRIA AND SWITZERLAND

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched. As soon as we have received your payment, the order will be immediately forwarded to our dispatch centre for processing.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TIMES

 

Once the parcel has been collected by our shipping company it will take to:

Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.

 

*All dispatch times exclude customs delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

 

DELIVERY PERIODS

 

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in different consignments unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery times are determined by the different items. Depending on the number of orders and periods of increased demand due to seasonal promotions such as Black Week/Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be shorter or slightly longer. All delivery times stated above are approximate.

 

Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations or postal numbers is currently not possible. Please note that we cannot make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact us at info@fashionn.cc if you have any questions.

 

MISSED OR LOST ORDERS

 

When placing your order, please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for missing parcels sent to the wrong address or having to be left at a neighbour's or an outbuilding if requested.

 

Any discrepancies regarding missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing by email to info@fashionn.cc. Lost items cannot be refunded or replaced until 14 working days after the dispatch date - at which point the shipping service will classify the items as lost.

 

SHIPMENTS NOT RECEIVED AND DEEMED DELIVERED

 

This can happen when items are sent to work locations. In some cases, your item may have been delivered to a post office or a colleague within your organisation and someone else has signed for it.

 

In these cases, you can request proof of delivery on the delivery service's website by completing a signature request form.

 

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are deemed to have been delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you have items delivered to a secure address.

 

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

 

If your order has been cancelled unexpectedly, it is likely that our fraud filter has flagged your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that this is not the case, please make sure that the billing address matches the payment method you used and proceed to checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply log in at www.Paypal.com.

 

ADDITIONAL COSTS

 

Please note that we are not responsible for the payment of customs charges (import duties or taxes) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning your order. We recommend that you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request proof of postage, as we are unable to refund lost returns.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact hill@soroya-hearing.com within 30 days of receipt of the item(s)
